The Elk Grove Grove Village Library's Book Bike is ready to hit the road! Meet up with the Book Bike at local parks for free books, pop-up storytimes, and more!
Book Bike Visits
Our Book Bike visits take place in the spring and summer and are announced two (2) days prior to a pop-up appearance, weather permitting.
Since August 2021, we've been bringing the library to you at different locations throughout the community. Here are some places we've visited in the past:
- Appleseed Park | 400 Ridge Ave
- Hattendorf Center Playground | 225 E Elk Grove Blvd
- Jaycee Park | 60 J.F. Kennedy Blvd
- Marshall Park | 709 Chelmsford Ln
- Morton Park | 957 Brantwood Ave
- Roosevelt Park | 241 Wellington Ave
Want to find out which park we're pedaling to next? Visit our online calendar, follow Youth Services on Facebook, or email Ms. Courtney to be added to the Book Bike email list.
