Library Cards
To get a library card, fill out our online application, stop by the Circulation Services Desk in the Lobby or call (847) 725-2176 for more information.
Proof of Identification and Residency
The prospective patron will be asked for either proof of identification with a valid photo ID. If the photo I.D. does not have a current address, applicants must show proof of current address. or documentation showing proof of eligible residency. The library reserves the right to ask for additional identification. Children in 8th grade and younger must be with an adult to apply for a library card.
